Guava is once again in the spotlight during the traditional Festival of guava from 4 to 7 June 2015 at the Plaine des Palmistes. You will know all about these small red berries and shiny, sweet and slightly tart, and leave with your little basket of guavas and fabulous recipes to compliment them.
